Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms govern the concrete services provided by Best Concrete Toronto and the use of bestconcretetoronto.ca. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to them.

3. Quotes and Published Pricing
The rates published on this website are installed rates in Canadian dollars and are provided as guidance so you can budget. They are not a binding offer. A binding price is given only in a written quote issued after a site assessment, which itemises the scope, materials, access method and any site work outside the base rate.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Published rates may change without notice as material and labour costs change, but an issued quote is honoured for its stated validity period.
4. Site Conditions and Variations
Concrete work depends on conditions that are not always visible before excavation begins, including subgrade quality, buried services, groundwater and the condition of existing concrete. Where conditions differ materially from those assumed in the quote, we will stop, explain the situation, and agree any variation with you in writing before continuing. We do not carry out additional chargeable work without your approval.
5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote. All prices are quoted in CAD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We accept cash, credit card, debit and e-transfer. A deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
6. Scheduling, Weather and Cancellation
On-site work runs Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Concrete placement is weather dependent, and we may reschedule a pour where temperature, precipitation or ground conditions would compromise the result. We will tell you as soon as we know.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or a crew mobilised may incur costs already committed, which we will itemise rather than charging a flat penalty.
7. Workmanship Warranty
Every installation, including repairs, carries a 2-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover:
- Hairline shrinkage cracking, which is a normal characteristic of concrete and is controlled but not eliminated by control joints
- Damage from de-icing salt applied within the first winter after placement
- Damage from loads exceeding those the slab was designed and quoted for
- Movement caused by soil conditions, drainage or third-party work outside the scope we carried out
- Ordinary wear, staining, or failure to maintain sealer on the recommended cycle
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@bestconcretetoronto.ca or (647) 800-3688 with photographs and a description of the issue.
8. Permits and Approvals
We advise on whether your work requires a municipal permit, City right-of-way authorisation, or engineered drawings, and we can support the application. Unless we have expressly agreed in writing to obtain a permit on your behalf, responsibility for securing permits and for the accuracy of property lines and easements rests with the property owner.
9. Insurance and Licensing
Best Concrete Toronto is a licensed contractor carrying WSIB Ontario coverage and $2M general liability insurance. Documentation is available on request and is supplied to property managers before mobilisation on commercial sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Best Concrete Toronto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from our services or from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, layout and logos, is the property of Best Concrete Toronto and is protected by copyright. Published rates, worked examples and technical guidance are provided for general information and do not constitute engineering advice for a specific property.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. The terms in force at the time your written quote was issued govern that project.
