Best Concrete Toronto started because too many homeowners were being quoted full replacements for concrete that did not need replacing. A cracked driveway, a spalled porch, a sunken walkway: all three get quoted as tear-outs far more often than they should be.
The truth is that roughly half the driveways we are called out to look at can be repaired for about 40 percent of what a replacement costs. Crack injection, foam lifting, a bonded overlay. All of them are cheaper, faster and less disruptive than demolition, and all of them last when the slab underneath is sound.
So we built the business around two commitments. Publish the pricing, so nobody is comparing guesses. And assess honestly before quoting, even when the honest answer is the smaller invoice. Ten years and 24 services later, that is still how it works.
