Residential, Commercial, Decorative & Repair Concrete in Toronto
Four service families, 24 published rates, one licensed and WSIB-insured contractor covering Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Residential Concrete
Six residential concrete services, all priced on the same published rate card. We pour new driveways and patios, replace failed walkways and steps, restore spalled porches, and build pool decks that stay safe underfoot. Every job starts with the same question: can this slab be saved? About half the driveways we are called out to replace can be repaired for roughly 40 percent of the cost, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Commercial Concrete
We work with GTA property managers, facility teams, and developers on floors and slabs that have to carry real load. Warehouse pours to ACI 302 flatness numbers, forklift-rated slabs, parking lots graded to drain, dock pads with armoured edges, and repair work scheduled around your operating hours. Published per-square-foot pricing means budget approval does not stall on a vague quote.

Decorative Concrete
Decorative concrete is where a slab stops being infrastructure and starts being finish. We stamp stone, slate, brick and wood-plank patterns, seed exposed aggregate for grip, colour with integral pigment or acid stain, grind and polish to a mirror gloss, and overlay tired slabs instead of tearing them out. Every decorative surface gets a sealer matched to GTA freeze-thaw and UV exposure.

Repair & Specialty Concrete
Repair is the part of the business we are known for. Toronto clay soil, freeze-thaw cycling and road salt do predictable damage, and most of it can be fixed for far less than a tear-out. We inject cracks, lift sunken slabs with polyurethane foam, waterproof and stitch foundations, cut clean openings for trades, build retaining walls, and seal concrete before the next winter gets at it.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every installation, including repairs, is backed in writing for two years. Ten-plus years across the GTA and a 4.9-star Google rating stand behind it.
The Four Concrete Problems We Are Called About Most
Toronto clay soil, freeze-thaw cycling and road salt cause predictable damage. Most of it is repairable for far less than a tear-out.
Freeze-Thaw and Salt Damage
Toronto puts concrete through a hundred freeze-thaw cycles a winter, then coats it in road salt. Surfaces scale, edges crumble, and rebar starts to corrode from the inside.
We pour 32 MPa air-entrained concrete to CSA A23.1 exposure class C-2 and finish with concrete sealing and waterproofing, which is what separates a slab that lasts 30 years from one that fails in 12.
Repair or Replace, and Nobody Will Say
Most homeowners are quoted a full replacement without anyone checking whether the slab could be saved. That is thousands of dollars decided by a guess.
About half the driveways called in for replacement can be saved with concrete crack repair or slab lifting and levelling at roughly 40 percent of the cost of a new concrete driveway. We sound the slab and tell you which one you have.
Hidden Pricing and Slow Quotes
Contractors who will not publish rates and take a week to send a number leave you comparing guesses instead of comparing prices.
Every one of our 24 services has a published per-square-foot rate on the pricing page, and we reply to quote requests inside a 2-hour window.
Insurance, Permits and Warranty Doubts
Uninsured crews leave you exposed if something goes wrong, and permit questions on porches, sidewalks and retaining walls get waved away.
WSIB Ontario coverage, $2M general liability, and permit guidance on every job, from porch and front step rebuilds to concrete retaining walls, backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Concrete Questions Toronto Homeowners Ask Us
How much does a concrete driveway cost in Toronto?
Concrete driveways in Toronto run $10 to $16 per sq ft installed, so a typical two-car driveway of about 600 sq ft lands between roughly $6,000 and $9,600. Decorative finishes cost more; resurfacing an existing slab costs less. We publish these rates and quote in writing with no hidden fees.
How much does 1,000 sq ft of concrete cost?
For plain installed concrete at $9 to $16 per sq ft, 1,000 sq ft costs roughly $9,000 to $16,000 depending on the application, thickness, and finish. Commercial flooring is lower per foot; stamped and decorative work is higher. We give an exact published-rate quote after measuring.
Should I repair or replace my concrete driveway?
Often you can repair. About half the driveways called in for replacement can be repaired at roughly 40 percent of the cost through crack repair, lifting, or resurfacing. If the slab is heaved, badly spalled, or sitting on a failed base, replacement is the better long-term choice. We assess and tell you honestly.
How long does concrete take to cure before I can drive on it?
You can usually walk on new concrete after 24 to 48 hours and drive on a residential driveway after about 7 days. Full design strength develops over 28 days. We use curing compounds and, in cold weather, Type 30 high-early cement to keep timelines on track.
What is your warranty on concrete repair?
Every installation, including repairs, carries our 2-year workmanship warranty. We are licensed, WSIB-insured, and carry $2M general liability, so the work is backed and covered.
